Product introduction
Neodymium iron boron contains a large number of rare earth elements neodymium, as well as iron and boron, its characteristics are hard and brittle. Because the surface is easily corroded by oxidation, Ndfeb must be treated with surface coating. As a rare earth permanent magnet material, Ndfeb has a very high magnetic energy product and coercive force, and the advantages of high energy density make NdFeb permanent magnet material widely used in modern industry and electronic technology, so that the miniaturization, lightweight and thin shape of instruments, electroacoustic motors, magnetic separation and magnetization equipment become possible. The advantages of NdFeb are high cost performance and good mechanical properties; The disadvantage is that the working temperature is low, the temperature characteristics are poor, and it is easy to powder corrosion, and it must be improved by adjusting its chemical composition and taking surface treatment methods in order to meet the requirements of practical applications.

Each type of product is divided into several grades according to the magnetic energy product size
Ndfeb magnetic material grades are: N35-N52, 35M-50M, 30H-48H, 30SH-45SH, 28UH-35uh, 28EH-35EH.

 

Ndfeb surface treatment: 1, phosphating; 2, inorganic salt passivation; 3, electroplating; 4, electrophoresis; 5, vacuum deposition.
Sintered NdFeb permanent magnet material has excellent magnetic properties, widely used in electronics, electrical machinery, medical equipment, toys, packaging, hardware machinery, aerospace and other fields, the more common permanent magnet motor, loudspeakers, magnetic separator, computer disk drive, magnetic resonance imaging equipment and meters.

 

Process flow: batching → smelting ingot/strip spinning → powder making → pressing → sintering tempering → magnetic test → grinding → pin cutting → electroplating → finished product.
Ndfeb magnet blank production tools and performance test tools: melting furnace, strip furnace, jaw breaking machine, air grinding, pressing machine, vacuum sealing machine, isostatic press, sintering furnace, heat treatment vacuum furnace, magnetic properties tester, Gauss meter.
Ndfeb magnet machining tools: centerless grinding, circular machine, double-end grinding, flat grinding, slicer, double-side grinding, wire cutting, bench drill, profiled grinding and so on.
